VersaTube Garage

(From the ground to the Roof)

This is a versatube garage that I built from the ground up. Framing with metal is definately different than framing with standard pin. I don’t think I like it quite as well, but it is certainly not going to rot, so that is one advantage. Cost wise, the materials would probably be about the same for this size of garage. It’s all galvanized steel so I am hoping that it will last a long time for them. The customers are satisfied with it and like the way it looks! Overall, I enjoyed this project and would be more the glad to do it again!

Out House Remodel

This was an OutHouse Remodel! I guess I thought Outhouses were sort of a thing of the past… but I was wrong! The floor was in pretty bad shape and the trim had to be taken off in to jack it up and replace everything, so I just ended up replacing the trim as well. I have to be honest, this was a pretty fun project and the owner was delighted with the finished product. The owner painted it afterwards on their own.

Utility Addition

This was a utility addition that I helped out with. Knapp Home Improvement Construction and Remodeling Company over by Hamlin was spearheading the project. I was an extra pair of arms and legs to get it done in a more timely fashion.
